Orders for in stock items received by 2pm Eastern Time, Monday thru Friday, will be shipped the same day except during peak periods when order volumes are unusually high.

Discounted Shipping Details

For orders shipping to a US address: you will save 50% off shipping when you spend at least $50 (excluding gift certificates, shipping, and any applicable sales tax). The eligible domestic mailing options are Ground Advantage and Priority Mail. Savings will be calculated automatically and displayed both in the shopping cart shipping estimator, and during checkout.

For orders shipping to an international address: you will save 20% off shipping when you spend at least $50 (excluding gift certificates, shipping). The eligible International mailing options are International First Class and International Priority Mail. Savings will be calculated automatically and displayed both in the shopping cart shipping estimator, and during checkout.

Domestic Shipping

Depending on the weight of your order your shipping options may include USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Express Mail.

All methods offer tracking, and a link will be emailed to you when your order ships.

Ground Advantage, while less expensive than Priority Mail or Express Mail, is a lower mail class and therefore will take longer to reach you. We estimate 3 to 6 days. 

If you want your order quickly, regardless of the weight, you should choose Priority Mail.  The Postal Service advises that Priority Mail takes 2 to 3 days depending on the distance the package needs to travel to reach you and we've found that to be pretty accurate under normal circumstances. We quote 2-5 days to be on the safe side.

If you have an extremely urgent need for your order, you should choose Express Mail. Although it is the most expensive option, orders shipped this way will arrive in 1 to 2 days. 

Due to USPS regulations, Ground Advantage is the only option for orders containing products designated as Hazmat. 

International Shipping

Effective 1st January 2021, we are no longer shipping to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Effective 1st July 2021, we are no longer shipping to addresses in the European Union.

Recent policy changes from the U.K. and E.U. seek to shift the burden of the collection of VAT on shipments from outside those areas to the seller (us) rather than the respective governments' own dedicated agencies. Given the amount of paperwork required for compliance with a system with which we are not familiar, this is simply not cost effective. Should there be any change to the U.K.'s or E.U.'s stance on the collection of VAT for overseas shipments then we will be happy to reevaluate at that time.

Please know that this decision was not taken lightly, and that we hope it will be possible to resume shipments to our fellow artists in the U.K. and E.U. in future.

As an alternative, you can use an international freight forwarder to order from us!

The process to do this is fairly simple. Create an account with your freight forwarder of choice, and use the U.S. address that they provide you with as your shipping address during checkout here at Joggles. We will ship the package to them, and they will then ship it to you. Many freight forwarders will also allow you to consolidate packages from multiple retailers into one larger package, thereby potentially saving you money on shipping costs too.

One option would be to use Stackry.com as they are geographically close to us. This will speed up the process as well as keeping the shipping charges from us to them to a minimum. You can of course use any freight forwarder, Stackry is only a suggestion.

Customs and Import Duties:  Your country of residence may impose duties or levy delivery or handling charges because the order originated outside of your home country.  These fees are your responsibility and are separate from the cost paid to Joggles for your merchandise and shipping. 

When we indicate the value of the goods on the customs declaration we do not include shipping charges - it's the merchandise value only.  Please do not ask that we mark the customs declaration as a "gift" or "commercial sample", or to value the order at less than what you paid for the merchandise.  Our doing any of those things is fraud.  Thanks for understanding.  

Also, please do not ask that we break your order and ship in it two packages. We do not store credit card details, PayPal information or any other payment details and have no way to charge you for the extra postage.  If you want your order shipped in separate packages you will need to place it as two separate orders.  Thanks again for understanding.

Depending on the weight of your order your shipping options may include USPS First Class International, USPS International Priority Mail or USPS International Express Mail.  First Class International mail is limited to packages that weigh 4 pounds or less.  The shopping cart will offer you shipping options based on the weight of your order.  International Express Mail is the faster of the three shipping options.

Once the package leaves the US Mail system we do not have any control over it.  Your local Customs and postal authorities take over as soon as USPS hands the package over.  Delays happen occasionally, usually because Customs have not cleared the package.  There is nothing we can do to expedite delivery.  It's up to Customs and the postal authorities.

Please be aware that we do not split ship out of stock items and do not create backorders. If your order contains out of stock items they will be deleted from the order and a credit will be issued.
