All returns require a WRITTEN return authorization which you MUST obtain PRIOR to shipping goods back to us.

Unauthorized returns will incur a 30% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the nature of these products we are unable to accept returns, therefore please be sure to select carefully.
Undamaged and Unopened Items:
These may be returned within 10 days of the order's delivery date at the buyer's expense (see exclusions above). No credit will be given for the original postage paid to have the order shipped to you. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the order invoice or order confirmation email. Please email Barbara@Joggles.com to notify us that you are returning items. All refunds will be issued as a store credit - NO exceptions.
If a return is authorized for a specific order, but products are subsequently returned from a different order(s) that is past the 10 day return window, a 30% restocking fee will be applied to those products.
If your order qualified for discounted shipping, and the value of the returned items reduces the merchandise total to below the $50 discounted shipping threshold, the amount of the store credit will be equal to the amount paid for the items returned minus the shipping discount that was applied to the order.
Damaged Goods:
You must notify us by email to Barbara@Joggles.com of any damaged goods within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will then make appropriate arrangements with you for return of the damaged goods at our expense.
