Welcome to Wednesday and today’s MidWeek Muse where we’re taking a spin with Tim Holtz’s new Distress Spray Stains; seeing how they perform, playing with color combinations, and trying a few out of the ordinary techniques.
If you love the Distress color range I suspect you’re going to find the Spray Stains a “gotta have”, if for nothing else the sheer luxury and convenience of reaching for the bottles without having to mix the color you need using Distress Reinkers or prying the dauber top off of one of the regular Distress Stain bottles and emptying the contents into another mister bottle.
The depth and density of the colors and how beautifully they perform as a spray is truly the reason to love them of course and I was not disappointed as I experimented. They’re everything you could want, and more, of a spray version of Distress colors.
The initial release is about half of the color range and includes Picket Fence and the three metallic colors.
