Transfer foils like Deco Foil and Gina K Foils will work with anything sticky enough to grab the foil.  I’ve used a variety of sticky things over time and today and trying a new one… Scrapbook Adhesives Tape Runner.  Along with the regular tape runners that lay down a strip of adhesive, they also have runners that apply the adhesive in shapes.  Think stars, hearts, rectangles…  Now you can foil those shapes and more!
