Welcome to Wednesday and today’s MidWeek Muse!
I’m back at it, working with those wonderful Strathmore Art Journals, filming the process as I created page spreads in the ones we gave away. Today you’ll see me work with defined color schemes, using complementary and analogous colors on the spreads, plus the usual texture and pattern creating process using sprays, stencils, stamps, and more.
Supplies For This Video:
Hero Arts Stamps: Scalloped Flower & Single Starburst
Dylusions Rubber Stamps: Around The Edge & How Does Your Garden Grow

Hi Barb,
I have just watched your 2 videos on doing background page spreads in a journal and have really enjoyed them. I have just bought a dylusions journal but have not started using it yet, and your videos have really inspired me – you make it look so easy and so much fun!
So I’m off to my “sewing room” (where not much sewing happens these days, I’m too busy playing with paint and paper etc!) to have a play in my new journal. Thank you so much for your fabulous and inspiring videos! I’m loving them!
