When the Creative Dyary system was introduced at Creativation in January, my eye lit up as I took in all of the components. I love what Dyan had created, saw great potential in the idea, and was excited to play with everything.
Though I’ve kept a planner in the past I knew it wasn’t something I necessarily wanted to commit to again, but wondered about all of those wonderful components… they were too awesome to not dig into and play with so I decided to think outside of the box (or, more precisely, outside of the planner) and find ways to use them.
Today’s video is about the various parts; Die Cuts, Ink Pads, Stick-Its, Stickers, and Washi Tape and ways to incorporate them into your art journals or other planner systems. Much of what you see me create in a journal is easily transferable to making cards, so don’t discount them as another option for using the components. Think of them as creative fodder and see what happens.
