      Finished View Lisa Stencils August 5

      Hi and thanks for stopping by the Joggles Blog! Lisa here today, sharing a Mixed Media Card using Joggles Stencils and Deli Paper, along with Dylusions Ink Sprays/Paint/Stamps and Prima Doll Stamps. I had so much fun creating this card. Follow along as I share my creative process with you.

      Supplies Lisa Stencils August 5

      Supplies:

      Dylusions PAINT : Black Marble; Fresh Lime; Lemon Zest; Squeezed Orange; Vibrant Turquoise; Bubblegum Pink

       Dylusions Ink Spray: White Linen; London Blue

      Archival Ink Pad – Jet Black

      Tim Holtz Distress Ink pad – Gathered Twigs

      Joggles Stencils – Punchinella Quintet – Minis [10-33784]

      Joggles Stencils – Chevron [10-33762]

      Joggles Stencils – Flowerburst [10-33746]

      Joggles Stencils – Creativity Takes Courage [10-33777]

      Inkssentials NonStick Craft Sheet

      Ranger Inkssentials Mini Ink Blending Tool [40965]

      Tim Holtz Water Brush by Ranger – Fine Detail Nib [TIP33080]

      Ranger Mixed Media Cardstock [ISD44628] OR Strathmore Mixed Media Vellum Paper Pad 6″ x 8″

      .005 Micron Pigma Pen – Black

      Joggles Deli Paper

      Gel Press Reusable Print Plate – 5″ x 7″

      Speedball 4″ Rubber Brayer – Soft

      Dylusions Unmounted Rubber Stamps – Quintessential Quotes [DYR34490]

      Prima / Julie Nutting Cling Stamps – [910815] Adara

      Joggles Clear Acrylic Stamp Mounts – to fit your images

      Additional Products:

      Matte Medium Gel such as Liquitex Matte Medium – 8 oz

      Foam Brush

      Baby Wipes

      Card Stock – Black, Bermuda Breeze, White

      Scissors

      Adhesive

      Here is my process:

      Step 1 add Paint Lisa Stencils August 5

      Working on a NonStick Craft Sheet, randomly apply Lemon Zest, Squeezed Orange, and Bubblegum Pink Dylusions Paint to Gel Press Plate. Use a Speedball 4 inch soft brayer to spread paint until the Gel Press Plate is completely covered.

      Step 3 Pull Print Lisa Stencils August 5

      Place Joggles Deli Paper onto Gel Press Plate and press down. Pull print on one half of the sheet. Pull additional prints to fill the sheet as desired and clean Gel Press Plate.

      Step 4 add words Lisa Stencils August 5

      Place Joggles Creativity Takes Courage Stencil over one area of printed Deli Paper. Use Foam Brush to apply Bubblegum Pink and Squeezed Orange Dylusions Paint over stencil.

      Step 5 let dry Lisa Stencils August 5

      Repeat as desired and let dry. Clean stencil.

      Step 6 add pink over stencil Lisa Stencils August 5

      Place Joggles Flowerburst Stencil over another section of printed Deli Paper. Use foam brush to apply Bubblegum Pink Paint over stencil.

      Step 7 let dry Lisa Stencils August 5

      Let dry and clean stencil.

      Step 8 stamp images to paper piece Lisa Stencils August 5

      Ink the Prima/Julie Nutting Adara stamp with Jet Black Archival Ink and stamp onto printed deli paper as shown. Use scissors to cut out the dress, shoes, and bow.

      Step 9 use Matt Medium to adhere Lisa Stencils August 5

      Stamp image again onto White card stock, and cut out with scissors. Using the Tim Holtz Fine Detail Nib Water Brush, apply Matte Gel Medium to the areas you wish to paper piece with the printed Deli Paper. Lay cut out pieces over the wet matte medium and smooth out any wrinkles. Let dry.

      Step 10 stamp sentiment Lisa Stencils August 5

      Stamp Dylusions Quintessential Quotes sentiment using Jet Black Archival Ink onto printed Deli paper. Use scissors to cut apart the sentiment and set aside.

      Step 11 add blue green to geli Lisa Stenclis August 5

      Using foam brush, randomly apply Fresh Lime and Vibrant Turquoise Dylusions Paint to Gel Press Plate.

      Step 12 pull print on MM Lisa Stencils August 5

      Place Ranger Mixed Media card stock over painted Gel Press Plate and pull print.

      Step 13 use baby white over stencls Lisa Stencils August 5

      Place Joggles Chevron Stencil over print and use a Baby Wipe to remove some of the color. This will leave a light pattern on your print. Repeat as desired. Clean stencil and Gel Press Plate. Let dry.

      Step 15 add more paint Lisa Stencils August 5

      Use foam brush to apply additional paint over print, slightly covering some of the stenciled areas. Let dry.

      Step 17 add pool White Lisa Stencils August 5

      Pour a small puddle of Dylusions London Blue Ink Spray in top left corner of background. Pour a puddle of Dylusions White Linen Ink Spray onto London Blue.

      Step 18 let drip Lisa Stencils August 5

      Tip print to let the color mix and run.

      Step 19 spritz with White if desired Lisa Stencils August 5

      If desired, spritz with additional White Linen Ink Spray and tilt a little more to make colors run. Let dry.

      Step 21 decided on layout Lisa Stencils August 5

      Rip pieces of the Deli Paper with the words on it and decide on placement for your image, sentiment, and Deli Paper pieces. Use Matte Medium and a brush to adhere pieces to printed panel.

      Step 23 add black over stencil Lisa Stencils August 5

      Use Micron Pigma Pen to draw around sentiment and stamped image to make them pop. Place Joggles Punchinella Quintet Minis Stencil over project as shown. Use an Ink Blending Tool to apply Black Marble Paint over stencil, repeating as desired. Let dry and clean stencil.

      Finished View Lisa Stencils August 5

      Adhere finished panel to Black card stock panel, then to Bermuda Breeze base card as shown.
