Today I’m working with a new-old product; Dina Wakley’s wonderful Media Paint, but in the new 1 ounce squeezie (my word) bottle with the needle tip. That tip directs paint in a way that you can’t with a bottle, a tube (unless you add a separate tip), or with a dauber topped bottle. Additionally, the bottle fits nicely in your hand, making it easy to dispense the paint in whatever manner you decide.
As you’ll see in the video, this is easy and fun, and you can play in some interesting ways. Writing and doodling are pretty simple, dot making is too, and you’ll even see how to work with a Gel Press Plate and draw the paint on in patterns which you can print or further manipulate.
For anyone wondering, Ranger has discontinued the color Blackberry Violet in the tube only. The replacement is the color Blackberry in the 1 ounce bottle.
