Welcome to Wednesday and a wonderful new MidWeek Muse project…
With the kids back in school, or nearly so, and fall right around the corner, that creative time of year is upon us. Today’s project is one I worked on for quite a while, playing and tinkering with trims and embellishments until I felt like I had it just about where I’d imagined.
The “it” in this scenario is one of Tim Holtz’s large Collection Folios that I’ve transformed into a vintage botanical piece, complete with birds, bugs, and floral elements. Add in a dash of other Ideaology components to complete the look and the result is a collectible piece with muted colors and an elegant sense of the past.
