Marabu Textil and Textil Plus.
Don’ t let the names fool you… these paints are eminently suitable for paper and other porous surfaces. They’re dynamite for printing with a Gel Press Plates because of the somewhat extended open time, allowing those extra minutes to manipulate the paint in some awesome fashion. Intermixable, clean up with soap and water, pretty colors.
Textil is a transparent paint that provides some coverage and is best used on light colored paper or fabric. Textil Plus is thicker and more opaque and perfect for use where coverage is needed. It works really well on dark paper or fabric, allowing you to overprint or simply add a layer of color. Awesome and what more could you ask for?
Stable on paper? Yup. The colors stay put once dry.
Heat setting on fabric? Check. So long as it contains no more than 20% man-made fibers you can heat set with an iron or in the oven. The color is made washable up to 140F by setting with a hot dry iron for 3 minutes, preferably image side up with a thin piece of fabric or paper between the iron and the image. Alternatively, bake the fabric/project in the oven at 300F for 8 minutes.
A fabulous deal? Yes!! At 40% off you can afford to choose a lot of colors to play with!
Currently there are 18 Textile colors and 12 in the Textil Plus line.

I’ve been wanting to get some muslin yardage and make some original scarves. I think this would be the answer for me. I like this very much.
