Drying to a matte, chalk-like finish, PaperArtsy Fresco Finish Paints are water based, highly pigmented, and suitable for all types of creative work. Use on many surfaces such as paper, chipboard, wood, cardstock, or metal.

Perfect for creating background layers, this paint can also be used to stamp with, on a Gel Press Plate and for many other projects. Apply with a brayer, your fingers, or a brush. Thin with water to make a wash or mix with glazing medium to create a transparent glaze

Opaque colors provide the most coverage. Semi-opaque colors provide medium coverage, and transparent colors provide light coverage with a lot of the underlying layer showing through.

Clean up with warm water and a bit of mild soap. Shake before using. Low or no VOCs.
