Ok now I know it's this particular paint because I've had the same experiences as Norma no matter where I buy it. I've found adding some acrylic medium (like a drying retardant) seems to help and work better than water without diluting. FYI :) same with the shimmer version of this color.

Beautiful color!!!! However each time I’ve purchased this particular color the consistency of the paint is awful. Is like oatmeal coming through the bottle. Very thick and impossible to spread like regular paint. I have tried to dilute it with water a bit but it doesn’t work much. I thought it might be just the bottle I got or maybe even that batch but I’ve bought it couple of times and the same thing happened. It also happened with the shimmery version of the same color.
