DecoArt Wax Effects - Phthalo Green Blue [DWE14]

Water based, intermixable, heavy bodied, and meant to simulate the look of encaustic waxes without the heat and mess, Deco Arts Wax Effects provide a translucent layer of color straight from the jar. Because the consistency is thick, it can be applied dimensionally and will dry in the shape or pattern you laid down. Apply it with a palette knife or brush. Use with stencils for pattern, color, and dimension. Layer Wax Effects over paper and other collage materials to embed them in translucent color.

You can mark make in Wax Effects while it's still wet. Deco Art recommends allowing Wax Effects to dry naturally and not to force dry it with a heat tool. Clean your tools, stencils, etc immediately with water.
