Wet strength tissue is incredible. As a collage artist I use all kinds of papers with gel medium to adhere them to my substrate. You can gelli print onto this, paint with acrylic paint pens, or acrylic high flow paints and acrylic inks. These beautifully creative papers can be used to enhance a painting or to layer onto collages, letting underneath layers peek through. Ideas are limitless. This paper does not get mushy, amazingly.
