The topic du jour is accordion books, but my take on them, which means long books with lots of panels to create on and&#8230; no seams!<\/p>\n<p>These journals are made from Strathmore 140# watercolor paper that we cut into long lengths, then score the pages and fold to make the books. And, all of that happens right here in our Rhode Island warehouse. Made in the US indeed! Whether you use them to tell a story, laying it out over the pages or use the book for some other purpose, I know you&#8217;re going to enjoy working in them. In the video you&#8217;ll see samples of both options. I have one of the 8&#8243; x 10&#8243; versions that I&#8217;m working in as an art journal. It has 8 panels which means 16 &#8220;pages&#8221; to create on.<\/p>\n<p>The paper is the same as what Strathmore puts into their Art Journals, Artist Tiles, and Visual Journals. If you&#8217;ve used them you&#8217;ll recognize the weight and cold press surface in these accordion books which I believe are the perfect surface to create on.
