Nothing kicks up the interest of a piece like adding high contrast elements. Since black is high contrast to most everything it’s what I’m working with today; adding it with stencils, a Gel Press Plate, and some basic tools. You’ll see that black, as my bud Bonnie says, “makes everything better”. Circles, dots, lines, or a mask of black over a colorfully created background made from Distress Oxides. Each is effective and all are pretty darn simple to do.
