Like past collections Francine has designed for us, this one includes stencils, masks, and combos.  Unlike previous ones, this time she didn’t create in a theme.  Instead disparate ideas became patterns which became the fabulous group of 12 designs.  Get ready to play and have a whole lot of fun!
