Being creative can mean a lot of different things. There probably are as many opinions as there are people who make art, but I think most would agree that creating something and then being able to use that thing in your art is creativity personified.
Imagine a product that allows you to do both of those things, plus use your favorite colors and products as part of the process. Now imagine that product available in different shapes and sizes. Finally, imagine a product that’s versatile enough to be the focal point of your project or one that can slip into the background and enhance what’s around it.
What is this?

I just can’t help but love your art projects today! They are funky and so cool! Though I don’t gravitate to the “loose style” there’s just something about it that I know one of these days I’m gonna jump in and get going. I don’t miss one of your tutorials as I am constantly learning about different art media and how they work together. It’s a free for all! Thanks barb for all your prep time to present such neat stuff!!
LOVE this so much!! You’ve really sparked some creative energy – all the way in Colorado. Very few can do that! I was so inspired that I just had to order everything in your project list that I didn’t already have, which wasn’t much…but it opened the categories of Lindy’s Starburst Sprays and the stencils. (Even though I own just about every other spray color on the market, THANKS for pointing out that I now need these, too. haha) You rock, Barb – your whole company rocks. Joggles has become my one shot inspiration and purchasing pit stop! I love this video and the ideas it produced. xx
I love the idea of the Sticky Snippets! You can make them your own! More shapes would be awesome!
Can’t wait to get mine and give it a try!
BRILLIANT IDEA!!!!!
I’ve done this on sheets of address labels and it’s so much fun creating them – playing with colors and layers. Seeing you cut the stickers gave me the idea of using punches! You could punch a smaller circle out of one of the larger one and then have “rings”. I can imagine creating beautiful butterflies with my butterfly punch. I love that you’ve used the entire sheet, even the part that’s left over once all the stickers have been removed!
Thanks everyone! There will be more shapes and lots more ways to add color and pattern to Sticky Snippets™!
Love these ideas and the sticky snippets are wonderful!!! I am so excited about them! I’ve tried to use regular computer labels but the paper is so thin they just don’t hold up well to very many layers and they go from cool to yuck way too fast. I love that these are now available in artist weight paper…and archival to boot! Hurray!!!
