Hello friends and welcome to today’s Joggles creative post! It’s Kim here today. I was so excited to receive the new Joggles shrines and couldn’t wait to get crafting. Today I used the butterfly shrine to create a shadowbox with a nod to my sweet and wonderful family.
I used vintage book text and decorative papers to cover the shrine and then added embossing paste and a glazing technique to add texture and color. (Love the way the background looks!) Once my shrine was assembled and covered, I added lots of fun embellishments from Prima, Wendy Vecchi, and Tim Holtz. The skies the limit with these shrines…add anything and everything that makes you happy!
And…I have a step-by-step video for you to walk you through my creative a process. Enjoy!
