Stencils are an always popular tool, one that most of us work with on a regular basis. They’re greatest asset is versatility. Typically I spray or otherwise push color through stencils, but after spending time in several of Dyan Reaveley’s classes this year, I’ve come to realize there are options I hadn’t considered.
Foremost among them is doodling in the openings of a stencil, which Dy designs hers to allow. In today’s video you’ll see many examples of how to do that, plus combine color and shimmer on the journal pages.
