Last Friday I had the pleasure of sharing Jenn Engle’s project that was based on our new Black Disc Bound Journals. As I mentioned that day, Jenn is one half of the “Our Mixed Media Moods” creative team along with DeeDee Catron. They create all kinds of fab things together and are quite the inspiration for us all.
Up today is DeeDee’s take on Journaling on the dark side, this time on the black 3″ x 4″ journal pages. As you’ll see, she’s gone in an entirely different direction than mine, Jenn’s, or Cat’s. Which only goes to prove how versatile these black pages are! A little gesso, some stitching, and bits of this and that finish the pages which are beautiful in their simplicity.
These black pages make journaling on the dark side easy, enjoyable, and fun!
