Monahan Papers are coffee stained for an aged, vintage look and are filled with all kinds of interesting imagery. Much of the images are also have a vintage look and feel, though there are some that don’t necessarily have that “from yesteryear” appearance.
We have a new group of them today and in this video I’ll demo some interesting ways to incorporate the images (or portions of them) into your art.
Supplies For This Video:
Monahan Papers (I set the sort to display the new styles first – there are 58!)
Joggles Watercolor Disc Bound Journals (I used the 3-4-5″ style and those three sizes as separate journals)
Joggles Watercolor Art Parts Artist Trading Coins (available in 2″, 2.5″, and 3″ sizes)
Margaret Applin’s Cling Mount Stamps (I used Vintage Correspondence)
Distress Ink Pads (I used Antique Linen and Pumice Stone)

Comment
Barb, you make my days with your absolute creativity and self deprecating commentary. I haven’t had a lot of time for creative play lately with my husband having had a total knee replacment (w/medical complications) and 3 months later a total right shoulder replacment (he is right-handed). Lots of care giving going on here. You’re videos and emails brighten and liven my day. Thank you, Thank you. Keep ’em coming and stay warm with winter coming soon.
