My friend Sue, who inspired the Merry Christmas Garland and who completed hers while I visited in November, sent a photo of hers hung on the bannister leading to their upstairs. Unlike mine that’s hung from the mantle, Sue’s is arranged to be read left to right. Mine is oriented top to bottom, given the more narrow mantle.

Sue sent a photo and I wanted to share it today so you could see both display options. Here’s hers:
Doesn’t that look fabulous?? She really did it up nicely, with the pine garland, ornaments, and bows. Plus I really like the beads she strung with the letters.
My mantle version looks like this:
Can you tell I’ve had the sum total of no time to decorate the house for Christmas? I’m lucky to have gotten it up on the mantle!

You’ve gotten a lot farther than I have, Barb! Lol. Have a very Merry Christmas and I wish you a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year!
Thanks for sharing Sue’s banner, showing how it can be used horizontally or stacked, like yours!
Thanks Carol.. and the same to you now and in the new year!
And Merry Christmas to you and everyone at Joggles.

Just have to share: When my dog, Keaton, hears your voice coming from my computer, he goes over and gets on his pillow. He knows I am going to be engaged and there will be no walkies at least until the voice stops.
That’s one smart dog!
