Foam stamps are versatile enough to do many things well, and they’re suitable for a variety of media and techniques.  Ink sprays aren’t the first type of media you think of for use with foam, but in today’s video I’ll show you how well they work.  I’m using Dylusions newest neon colors for fun, bright colors!
