Dorothy.  Often nicknamed Dotty.  It was those dots that Elizabeth had in mind when she created a range of 10 dot inspired designs that can be used for her layering techniques or straight up, as interesting patterns and shapes.  I’ll demo that while she shows you how to combine the Dorothy designs with other stencils.
