Yasutomo Niji Oil Pastels - Set Of 24 [NOP24]

Yasutomo Niji Oil Pastels use an oil-based binder that holds the pigment together in a creamy stick formulation. Oil pastels do not dry and can be smudged with a finger or blending stump or other tool. The colors blend easily and are opaque on most porous surfaces. Use as a resist for water based media and for low relief rubbings over stencils and other surfaces.
