Chippies are laser cut from 50 point white chipboard that plays well with all kinds of wet media, so adding color, pattern, and shimmer is really easy. Use as a stencil, then cut it up and apply as an embellishment or embellish with it straight out of the package. However you incorporate them into your art, you’re sure to have fun creating with Chippies.
