Dylusions Dyamond Medium Dabber [DYM83894]

Use the Dylusions Dyamond Medium Dabber to prep the surface before adding either Dyamond Dust or Rocks. The Medium holds both in place. The ink is clear and slow-drying, allowing you time after it’s applied to work with the other Dyamond products.
