Fiber and paper arts always sparkle and attract more attention with the application of unusual beads. Join Judy Skeel in creating one-of-a-kind and series bead creations to incorporate into your own artistic endeavors. This expedition will integrate paper, fabric, fibers, ribbon, wire, Tyvek, clay, and supplementary embellishments to create marvelous treasures for embellishing your art and home décor. Jewelry, journals, tassels, tags, art quilts and art dolls are only a few objects that will be longing for your new creations!

Begin the journey with the basic shapes and the fundamentals of constructing beads. Follow down the road with variations on bead shapes like drop beads, beads that dangle and drape and beads of alternate shapes. Continue your travels using polymer clay, to create marbled variations, imprinted designs and unique shapes for your beads. Finally, learn embellishment and altering techniques that will allow you to continue to pursue artistic bead creating on your own for all your future creations.

The supply list will be sent to all students one week before the class starts. Once you buy this class you will receive an email order confirmation, but you will not hear from us again until the supply list is sent.

A high speed connection to the internet is recommended for all students.

In order to participate in online classes at joggles you are expected to have basic computer and internet skills. You need to be able to browse the internet, know how to download and save a document to your PC's hard drive, and understand how to open and save email attachments. It is your responsibility to learn these skills before the class begins.

Please be certain you are comfortable with all of these skills. Class fees will not be refunded once the class has begun.
