Made by artists and cooperatives throughout Mexico, these papers are made from hand-pounded bark fibers. Each artist flattens the fibers with a pounding stone before arranging the fibers on a gridded table to produce 12" x 12" papers.

Both flat and woven bark paper is ideal for handmade books, altered art, photo matting, stamping, collage, cardmaking and more!

Due to its handmade nature, expect some variations in color, overall size and texture. Each acid-free sheet measures approximately 12" x 12". Price is for one sheet of flat paper.
