This class is scheduled to begin on October 9, 2009.

Those of you who love creating with dominoes will love this class! Learn some easy techniques to turn those ho hum game pieces into wearable works of art. In this 3 Lesson class you will explore different ways to decorate them using alcohol inks, collage images, colored pens, beads, ribbons, and more. Create beautiful bookmarks for friends and relatives, maybe for that favorite teacher or librarian.

Week One: “Collage It” Learn about the types of dominoes that are available today and how to clean them and get them ready to decorate. You will be introduced to various ways of sealing your game pieces and also will learn several techniques on how to “pretty up” the edges. Create a few necklaces using a simple collage technique along with some ribbons, trim, and beads.

Week Two: “Clear View” This week will focus on learning how to create tape transfers and how to decorate with collage transparencies. – All things CLEAR this week- Sure to have a good time and learn some new techniques in this lesson.

Week Three: Lots of Color” Our last week will be exciting (saving the best for last perhaps?) Play around with Alcohol Inks and learn several ways to apply them. Explore ways to decorate your dominoes with colored pens and how to stamp on them. Finish up and enjoy your pretty little works of art.



The supply list will be sent to all students one week before the class starts. Once you buy this class you will receive an email order confirmation, but you will not hear from us again until the supply list is sent.

A high speed connection to the internet is recommended for all students.

In order to participate in online classes at joggles you are expected to have basic computer and internet skills. You need to be able to browse the internet, know how to download and save a document to your PC's hard drive, and understand how to open and save email attachments. It is your responsibility to learn these skills before the class begins.

Please be certain you are comfortable with all of these skills. Class fees will not be refunded once the class has begun.
