This class is scheduled to begin on October 1, 2009.

Using the same 8-1/2 x 11” size quilt format as Jane’s popular Art Quilt Explorations class, this class will be combination of familiar techniques with some totally out of the box materials and inspiring themes! You’ll be able to use fabric, paper, clear vinyl, recycled material and ephemera to challenge yourself with Jane’s lessons.

Experienced or beginner alike will have fun while expanding their own innate creativity while sewing (either by hand or machine) 5 small art quilts over this 6 week class. (No prerequisite, if you can sew on a button, you can take this class.)

Lesson 3: Tree of Life (part 1 of 2)

Lesson 4: Tree of Life (part 2 of 2)

Lesson 5: Fun, funky vinyl quilt stuffed with your own ephemera

Lesson 6: Self Portrait Quilt (open to your interpretation!)

The supply list will be sent to all students one week before the class starts. Once you buy this class you will receive an email order confirmation, but you will not hear from us again until the supply list is sent.

A high speed connection to the internet is recommended for all students.

In order to participate in online classes at joggles you are expected to have basic computer and internet skills. You need to be able to browse the internet, know how to download and save a document to your PC's hard drive, and understand how to open and save email attachments. It is your responsibility to learn these skills before the class begins.

Please be certain you are comfortable with all of these skills. Class fees will not be refunded once the class has begun.
