This little album has 12 pages with twenty two journaling/photo pockets of vintage charm and is simple to make – great for the beginner mini album crafter as well as for those who are more advanced.
A kit will be available that contains all of the chipboard, papers, and other bits needed to make your own version of this wonderful album!
Combine beautiful papers and precut chipboard pages to create a darling book ready to use as a journal or scrapbooking mini. You will learn how to cut and adhere papers to chipboard pieces and have them fit perfectly. You will also be creating two simple ultra minis to add to the book along with a gift card holder and foldout album. Learn how to make paper rosettes using a score board and add some tags, mini pockets and ephemera for that final touch. You’ll be able to use your own binding system to bind your book.
Lesson One: Learn how to cut and adhere papers to the precut chipboard pages and apply Distress inks to the page edges to create depth and interest. You will also be adding Distress inks to all the chipboard tags as well. Discover how to create several types of pockets for your pages, distress them and attach. This lesson will stress getting the pages ready for our next lesson.
Lesson Two: Experiment with different page arrangements to find an array that pleases you. Create two little mini books to add along with darling tulle closers for each, along with a gift card envelope and foldout book. Bind your book, finish up the tags and front cover, add all the flowers and goodies, and voila! a super-cute easy album to use as a journal or mini scrapbook.
