Amaze a friend with a special gift of this gorgeous hand embroidered box, measuring 5" long x 4" deep x 3" high, just waiting to be filled with treasures. Create a one of a kind garden on a delicately hand coloured background. Each face of the chest is different decorated with a profusion of flowers using a mixture of unusual and traditional stitches.

The project is made from fabric and is totally hand stitched, a sewing machine is NOT required. There are printable instructions as well as videos for all stitches in the lesson. This workshop is suitable for all levels of confidence and ability. I provide every opportunity for you to succeed. The flowers are all combinations of simple stitches.

Use a combination of silk ribbon and embroidery floss to create a beautiful project in four easy lessons.

Lesson one begins with colouring the fabric using watercolour pencils, and we begin embroidering the greenery in our garden.

Lessons two and three focus on the embroidery stitches with step by step diagrams, videos and descriptions of each stitch. Learn to combine these stitches into dainty flowers. There will be hints on using embroidery floss and silk ribbon.

Lesson four introduces the unique hand stitched floral emblem on the button and along with the fastening and hinges completes this sumptuous garden filled with exotic flowers.
