Prior authorization is required for ALL returns. Please contact us before attempting to return any item. Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of these products we are unable to accept returns, therefore please be sure to select carefully.
Undamaged and Unopened Items: These may be returned within 10 days of the order's shipping date at the buyer's expense (see exclusions above). No credit will be given for the original postage paid to have the order shipped to you. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the order invoice or order confirmation email. Please email sales@joggles.com to notify us that you are returning items. All refunds will be issued as a store credit - NO exceptions. Damaged Goods: You must notify us by email to sales@joggles.com of any damaged goods within 3 days of receipt of your order. We will then make appropriate arrangements with you for return of the damaged goods at our expense. Online Classes: All class fees are refundable until the start date of the class. Once the class begins no refunds will be issued. |
