Here's the first page you saw me create.  The color from the Adirondack inkpad has been blended and dried, then I dripped water on and let it set before lifting it off to reveal the color underneath.  Once this was done I spritzed with a custom Perfect Pearls mist that I created in the Techniques With Perfect Pearls video...

Here it is, a page ready to journal on, collage on, or otherwise embellish and decorate!

This page was created using the same technique with Adirondack Dye inkpads.  The only difference is that I swiped the pads on the page in an up and down motion and gradated the colors from lightest to darkest, starting at the top of the page.  Once the ink dried I spritzed with another Perfect Pearls Mist and this one too is ready to go.

Same process, just this time with cool colors.  If you see a faint image on the right, near the binding, that's because I stamped with clear Perfect Medium and then brushed on some Perfect Pearls powder.  The image is from B Line Designs.  The entire effect is pretty subtle, but I really like it.  Make sure the page is completely dry with not so much as a hint of moisture before you stamp and brush on the Perfect Pearls powder, otherwise the powder will adhere in places other than your stamped image.

This is the page I created using Distress Ink applied with the blending tool, then misted with water and used the mop brush.  You can see the flower pattern the Inkadinkado brayer made, plus I stamped a flower along the edge.  That one is B Line's Composed image and I used Palette Hybrid inkpad in the color Moulin Rouge.

Another page that I used the Inkadinkdo brayer on, this time with Aged Mahogany Distress Ink

The brayer set includes a plain roller, the flowers you saw in prior photos, and this circles pattern.  The patterning here is kind of hit or miss because the page wasn't flat when I rolled the brayer over it.  Not that it matters - I like this look too for its subtlety.

The tag on the right is what you saw me create in the video.  The one on the left was made the same way, with one minor exception.  Before I sprayed water on the Distress Ink on the nonstick sheet I sprayed one of my custom colors of Perfect Pearls Mists.  That's the iridescent turquoise you see.  You could use all Perfect Pearls Mists if you wanted for a look with more bling.

As I said in the video, you can use the Distress Wrinkle Free technique in a journal.  You just have to work around the binding rings as you go through the steps.  I used a Perfect Pearls Mist with water here too.

This page features a tag that I made using the Distress Wrinkle Free technique.  Once it was dry I drew some Zentangle patterns on it, glued it to the page, and added the vine border.

Ah, the wonders of Silk Salt!  Isn't this patterning incredible?!
