Welcome to Wednesday and our newest MidWeek Muse where we’re creating fabulous Christmas cards using three of Tim Holtz’s 2012 holiday stamps.
I have confessed to having been a snob at times when it came to making cards, but no more. I’m a convert and loved every minute I spent creating the ones you’ll see in the video. There are three stamps; a tree, a snowman, and a toy soldier, each drawn to look like an architectural blueprint. There are two options to make the cards – a more traditional 5″ x 7″ size with a side fold and another made from a large tag that’s tri-folded and has been colored and stamped in a grunge style. Use one of the stamps or all three for a variety of cards. Add glitter as I did or not, it’s your choice. There are lots of options to make cards that will be received with ooohs and aaahs!
